Discover a fun-challenging, safe, effective, and stimulating workout with the RichWorkout Exercise Cards, that fit to all fitness goals and current body condition.


RichWorkout Exercise Cards
are separated into four categories:

1) Primarily Targets Upper.

2) Primarily Targets Lower.

3) Total Body Endurance.

4) Core Training.


How The Cards Are Played:
->
Cards are selected from a larger bundle of cards in all four categories based on an individual’s fitness goals and current body condition.

Cards are mixed together at the beginning of the workout and chosen one-at-a-time from the GO pile during the workout for variety.

Each card will have name of exercise at the top of card to be performed. Other info on cards is about equipment to use, sets, reps, weight, TANKS, and more…
->
Cards are counted at the end of each workout to gauge effort and progress, or to simply keep a sharp eye on maintaining the gains.

Snapshot pic of each workout (completed exercise cards in the done pile) can be taken for reviewing, and practicing current exercises, which helps with your own workouts at home for added improvements.
