I’m retired from the IT field. I was a personal trainer alongside my IT career for over 35 years. I continue my passion for helping others through my love for personal training. I volunteer my time and energy to take on a select number of trainees each year, that fit to my style of training and scheduling availability. My training and coaching are for people who are serious about fitness health and respectful toward the learning and growing process.
