Exercise equipment or a bike (cycling) is used during this workout.

Let’s meet at your local cafe and add a little more pizzazz to the workout.

We can enjoy a small hot coffee in the winter, and ice coffee in the summer, or just hydrate with electrolytes before heading out toward the pathway. It’s also an excellent opportunity to discuss the pathway workout.

This workout option is a challenging mix of walk, fast walk, light jog, fast jog, or cycling on a local pathway, while holding and/or wearing weight. Such as, handheld dumbbells and/or ankle weights for improving total body strength.

A variety of exercises are performed along the way that are challenging, effective, and safe.

RichWorkout
->Exercise Program<-
Designed and continually modified for each individual with desired goals in mind.

The program is metabolic exercising (aerobic and anerobic exercises). It’s an intense but enjoyable calorie burning workout with appropriate intervals of rest.

Workouts includes consistent motivation, spot on technique/ROM instructions, isometric exercises, balance exercises, endurance exercises, dynamic/static stretching, and challenging dynamic-weight resistance movements via power/speed/agility/strength exercises.

Designing a program is formulated from a discussion about medical and goals information entered on the pre-assessment form, and after analyzing 1st & 2nd assessment workouts to determine current body fitness condition.

Modifying a program means exercises increase to a higher level of difficulty when fitness goals are achieved. Higher level difficulty exercises are effectively and safely added after appropriate improvements are accomplished. New fitness goals is another reason to modify a program.
